No. If you decide not to use Society Now after your 30 day trial, you need not pay. This is a no-obligation trial.

Society Now helps you with initial setup to upload your society details, train the security guard, admin, committee members and members in a timely manner. We also provide support for any issues arising within the APP in 48 hours. Additional training is also provide, subjective to the circumstance.

In an unlikely event that you decide to discontinue the use of Society Now, the administrator will have the option of downloading data of the society. Post the confirmation from the administrator, we would permanently delete the data of the society from our servers.

Society Now Account
You’re leaving so soon! We were only getting started. However, to delete/deactivate your account on Society Now, kindly click on the Navigation Bar -> Check the delete flat option-> Click on it -> Your Flat will be deleted from Society NOW and all your data will be erased permanently. OR you can send us an email with details of the Society and the Flat on with your registered email id to deactivate your account
We strongly recommend to add your family members on Society Now to improve the utilization of the APP. Click on the home icon on the bottom bar. (1st button on the bottom bar) -> Scroll down to My Family -> Click on the ‘ADD’ icon(plus icon) -> Fill in the details of your family member -> Select if he/she is the Owner/ Family of the Owner -> Click on Submit -> Login Credentials will be sent to the family member via SMS & Email to the Mobile No. and Email Id entered by you.
To add Tenants in your Flat, Click on the home icon on the bottom bar(1st button on the bottom bar) -> Scroll down to My Family -> Click on the ADD icon(plus icon) -> Fill in the details of the tenant -> Select if he/she is the Tenant Family of the Tenant -> Click on Submit -> Login Credentials will be sent to the tenant via SMS & Email to the Mobile No. and Email id entered by you.
To do this, kindly send an email on , with the details of the society and the flat for which the registered id has to be changed. Or you can call us on our helpline number to do the same.
Daily Help / Local Service
A blessing in disguise, now HIRE DAILY HELPS FROM THE SOCIETY NOW APP.
Click on the Home icon on the bottom bar -> Scroll down to My daily helps -> click on the ADD icon- > Select the category(For eg: Daily Help) -> Select from the Sub Category (For Eg: Maid) -> List of All maids in your area will be shown -> You can contact them through the phone number mentioned in their profile -> Once the maid confirms to join -> click on the profile of the maid you would like to add/hire to your flat, if your maid is not shown in the list, click on add icon, fill in details of the maid -> verify the maid by an OTP sent on the maids mobile number. After Verification -> Click on add staff/Submit
Your Daily Help/ Personal Staff should be added by the Gatekeeper. Post which you will receive a notification to Approve/Reject the Daily help/ Personal staff. You can also see the pending Daily Help/ Personal Staff request -> by clicking the home icon -> scroll down to my daily help -> click on view all -> list of pending, approved and rejected staff will be displayed.
Looking for Local Vendors but unable to Google Details for Small Jobs. We are here to help you. Your Gatekeeper Registers each and every visitor on daily basis along with details of Local Vendors and Service Providers, we basically Save the Data for future use and show it to you when required. The Information already exists and we intercept and save the adequate amount of details for the benefit of the user.
Personal Staff, is your Daily House help, which actively takes part in your day-to day activities. This will only be visible to you and the Gatekeeper.
Society Staff, is the Staff which works in the common area for the purpose of maintaining the necessary Housekeeping and other services inside the Society.
No, Society Staff will be added by the Gatekeeper. You cannot add a Society Staff as your daily help or Personal Staff.

Notify Gatekeeper / Gate
Gatepass has been introduced to help keep your belongings safe and secure. A user can issue Gatepass to any visitor or staff entering the society on account of his/her flat and is seen in the visitor log of the user. Gatepass can be issued if any item is handed-over to a visitor or staff by clicking on the Gatepass icon and filling in the details, you can also click a picture of the item. Once submitted, the Gatekeeper can check if these items are approved by the user to leave the society premises.
Yes, to avoid Theft and unauthorized items being removed from the Society/ household without prior approval from the user, we have come up with a Gatepass Feature wherein you can give Items to your Daily help/ Visitors, which can be verified by the Gatekeeper at Check-out .
Guests Visiting and you wouldn’t want to keep them waiting at the main Gate. Notify your Visitors by clicking on floating button on the visitor log section and selecting the pre-notify icon, with a 4-Digit OTP for seamless entry into the premises for your visitor.
Have Deliveries from Amazon / Flipkart / DTDC , but not available to collect the same, you may Choose the option to Leave at Gate, where the Gatekeeper can collect the parcel on your behalf . User will be notified once it has been delivered and can collect it via a Security code from the Main Gate, when they get back.

Society Helpdesk
Have issues / Concerns / Requests in regards with the Society, raise a Ticket easily which can be tracked and updated on the Go by the Administrator as well as the user.
When a user creates a request/ complaint using the helpdesk, an option to mark it as a personal or common request/ complaint is given to the user before submitting. If a request/ complaint is personal then it will only be visible to the user submitting it and to the Admin. Whereas, if a request/ complaint is marked as common then it will be visible to all the users of that society and to the Admin.
Yes, You can, until and unless it has been approved and closed.
General
You can add Additional Units / Flats for the Same or Different Society by going to the Side Navigation Bar / Add Flat / Unit , Enter relevant details pertaining to your society and wait for Approval by your Administrator .
